摘　　要：疾病预防控制体系是人民健康保障的第一道防线。习近平总书记关于疾病预防控制体系建设的重要论述深刻阐释了以保障人民生命安全和身体健康为根本目标、以新时代公共卫生领域风险性因素和结构性矛盾为基本依循、以推进疾病预防控制体系现代化为中心任务的思想内涵,为推进健康中国建设提供了力量之源、为中华民族伟大复兴夯实了健康之基、为构建人类卫生健康共同体贡献了中国方案,成为新时代改革完善疾病预防控制体系的科学指南。The disease prevention and control system is the first line of defense for people’s health.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussions on the construction of disease prevention and control system profoundly explain the ideological connotation of ensuring people’s life and health as the fundamental goal,take risk factors and structural contradictions in the public health field in the new era as the basic guidance,and promote the modernization of the disease prevention and control system as the central task.They have provided a source of strength for promoting the construction of healthy China,lay a solid foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and contribute Chinese wisdom to the construction of the human health community,become a scientific guide for the reform and improvement of the disease prevention and control system in the new era.
