摘  要:以风电机组用大型双列调心滚子轴承为研究对象,基于Romax软件分析外部载荷作用下轴承内部载荷、应力及油膜厚度的分布情况。研究结果表明:轴承受载后,两列滚道各有将近一半的滚子承受载荷,但是两列承载滚子数量和承载滚子位置角范围不同,两列滚道受到的载荷和应力不同,出现了偏载现象;滚子与滚道之间的接触面积为椭圆,椭圆的短轴部分沿滚子母线方向,椭圆的长轴部分沿滚子滚动的方向;球面滚子两端无应力集中现象;油膜分布规律与应力分布基本一致,最小油膜厚度出现在应力最大位置处。该研究结果可为轴承结构参数优化提供参考。Taking large double-row spherical roller bearings for wind turbines as the research object,the distribution of internal load,stress and oil film thickness of bearings under external load was analyzed based on Romax software.The results show that after the bearing is loaded,nearly half of the rollers in each of the two raceways are subjected to the load,however,the number of rollers carrying load and the position angle range of roller carrying load are different,and the load and stress of the two rows of raceway are different,resulting in the phenomenon of partial load.The contact area between the roller and the raceway is elliptical.The short axis part of the ellipse follows the direction of the roller bus,and the long axis part of the ellipse follows the direction of the roller rolling.The spherical roller has no stress concentration at both ends.The distribution law of oil film is basically consistent with that of stress,and the minimum oil film thickness occurs at the position of maximum stress.The results provide reference for the optimization of bearing structural parameters.
