摘  要:等速万向节是汽车较容易损坏的部件之一。随着汽车工业的快速发展,等速万向节的市场需求量日益增加。万向节组成部件的形状较复杂,加工精度较高,对机床效率和精度要求较高。钟形壳和星型套作为万向节的重要组成部件,加工工艺复杂。传统工艺需要在其淬火后进行分序磨削加工,加工效率低,生产成本高。为改善钟形壳和星型套淬火后工艺,提高加工效率,设计具有车铣复合的专用机床,可以对淬火后的钟形壳和星型套进行球面车削和球道铣削。为保证整个机床加工的可靠性,研发机床主轴、料线以及摇篮等主要部件,并通过后续切削样件进行了验证。Constant velocity universal joint is one of the more easily damaged parts of the automobile, with the rapid development of the automobile industry, its market demand is rising, the shape of the universal joint components are more complex, the processing accuracy is high, and the need for mass production, so it has higher requirements for machine tool efficiency and precision. As an important component of the universal joint, the bell shell and star sleeve have complex processing technology, and the traditional process needs to be sequentially grinded after quenching, which has low processing efficiency and high production cost. In order to improve the process of bell shell and star sleeve quenching and improve processing efficiency, a special machine tool with turning and milling compound is designed, which can perform spherical turning and fairway milling after quenching of bell shell and star sleeve. In order to ensure the reliability of the entire machine tool processing, the main components such as the machine tool spindle, material line, cradle and other components were developed and verified by subsequent cutting samples.
