摘  要:燃油系统的设计对燃油机的性能具有重要影响。电磁阀直接控制电控系统喷油。文章介绍电控燃油系统及电磁阀的结构原理,以HXN3机车动力引擎燃油机燃油系统为研究对象,以GT-Fuel软件为平台,建立数值仿真模型。利用软件建立原机单杠模型,对模型进行耦合计算。利用ANSYS有限元软件,对电磁阀运动件的高频运动特点和易损部件进行强度计算分析。利用软件搭建电喷改进燃油系统,得出经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)电磁阀燃油系统的工作特点,可为国产燃油机系统的改造提供理论参考。The design of the fuel system has an important effect on the performance of the fuel engine. The solenoid valve directly controls the fuel injection of the electronic control system. This paper introduces the structure and principle of electronic control fuel system and solenoid valve, takes the fuel system of HXN3 locomotive engine fuel engine as the research object,and establishes the numerical simulation model based on GT-Fuel software, the original horizontal bar model is established by software, and the coupling calculation is carried out. Using ANSYS finite element software, the high frequency motion characteristics and the strength of the vulnerable parts of the solenoid valve were calculated and analyzed. By using the software to improve the fuel system, the working characteristics of the Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) solenoid valve fuel system are obtained, which provides a theoretical reference for the reform of the domestic fuel engine system.
