摘 要:滑动轴承是选矿设备中的重要零件。随着矿产资源开发工艺的进一步发展,人们对选矿设备的要求越来越高,设备轴系结构和工作环境越来越多样,现有的测试设备已不能满足多样化工况下的测试需求,需要对试验台进行创新设计。以发明问题解决理论(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,TRIZ)为指导,提出一种滑动轴承试验台创新设计方法,从功能出发,准确定义并进行抽象化处理,通过抽象描述的功能或属性检索科学效应,筛选合适的科学效应,产生原理方案,设计实际结构,并通过仿真进行验证。以径向滑动轴承试验台为例,以施加变载荷的工况为目标,进行创新设计尝试,验证表明此方法高效且可行。Sliding bearings are an important part of mineral processing equipment. With the further development of mineral resources development technology, the requirements for mineral processing equipment are getting higher and higher, and the shaft structure and working environment of the equipment are becoming more and more diverse. To meet the test requirements under various working conditions, innovative design of the test bench is required. Guided by Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ),an innovative design method for a sliding bearing test bench is proposed. Starting from the function, it is accurately defined and abstracted. The scientific effects are retrieved through the abstractly described functions or attributes, then select the appropriate scientific effect, generate the principle scheme, design the actual structure, and verify it through simulation. Taking the radial sliding bearing test bench as an example, an innovative design attempt was made aiming at the working condition of applying variable load, which verifies the efficiency and feasibility of this method.
