摘 要:以桥式起重机动态刚度为研究目标,引入主梁弯曲正应力设计值和钢丝绳抗拉强度设计值为设计控制参数,结合钢材和钢丝绳纵向弹性模量比值、桥机自重与起重量经验比值,分析刚度两部分组成的关联性,并给出桥式起重机主梁结构静态刚度和起升钢丝绳绕组刚度比值的简易计算公式,为动态刚度分析提供使用依据。This paper takes the dynamic stiffness of bridge crane as the research goal, introduces the design value of the bending normal stress of the main beam and the design value of the tensile strength of the steel wire rope as the design control parameters,combines the ratio of the longitudinal modulus of elasticity of steel and steel wire rope, and the ratio of the dead weight of the bridge crane to the lifting weight experience, analyzes the correlation between the two components of the dynamic stiffness, and gives a simple formula for calculating the ratio of the static stiffness of the main beam structure of the bridge crane to the stiffness of the winding of the lifting wire rope. It provides a practical basis for dynamic stiffness analysis.
