摘  要:分析空内冷发电机转子线圈的端部结构和成形工艺,重点优化设计烘压工具。在定位环部件上设计了一套支撑结构,以保证定位环部件的位置精度。支压环上安装有与分瓣瓦形块位置相对应的径向支压螺栓,可以实现对瓦形块的支压动作。设计的烘压工具操作方便,且安全性和可靠性高。This paper mainly analyzes the end structure and forming process of the rotor coil of the air internal cooling generator,and focuses on the optimization design of the drying and pressing tool. A set of support structure is designed on the positioning ring component, which can ensure the position accuracy of the positioning ring component. The radial support bolts corresponding to the position of the split tile block are installed on the support ring, which can support and press the tile block. The drying and pressing tool designed in this paper is easy to operate, high safety and reliability.
