摘  要:介绍油膜轴承分类、润滑原理、常见故障及问题处理方法,对比了在线油液监测系统与传统检测方法的优缺点,并阐述了钢铁厂轧钢产线油新型油液含水在线监测系统的构成、工作原理、特点、测点布置、数据处理及问题判定依据。通过油含水在线监测系统的数据监测功能判断轧机油膜轴承进水情况,对设备维护具有一定的指导意义。This paper introduces the classification, lubrication principle, common faults and problem treatment methods of oil film bearing, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of on-line oil monitoring system and traditional detection methods,the composition, working principle, characteristics, measuring point arrangement, data processing and problem judgment basis of the new type on-line monitoring system for oil water content in steel rolling line are described. Through the data monitoring function of the on-line monitoring system of oil and water content, the water intake of oil film bearing of rolling mill can be judged,which has certain guiding significance for the maintenance of equipment.
