摘　　要：当前机床生产企业正面临着新的技术难题。因此,在对我国机械行业特征和发展趋势深入分析的基础上,结合国内智能制造的实际情况,提出了一种适合机床制造企业的智能制造实施技术与方法。根据执行情况,优选实施策略、方法、工具以及模板,提出了实施智能生产的方法论。Currently, machine tool manufacturers are facing new technical difficulties. In this paper, based on an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and development trends of China’s machinery industry and the actual situation of domestic smart manufacturing, an implementation technology and method of smart manufacturing suitable for machine tool manufacturing enterprises is proposed. Based on the implementation, the implementation strategy, methods, tools, and templates are preferentially selected, thus the research proposes a methodology for implementing smart manufacturing.
