摘 要:以连续热镀锌产线生产的纯锌镀层钢板(Z)和锌铝镁镀层钢板(ZAM)为研究对象,对比了热浸镀锌铝镁镀层和纯锌镀层钢板的表面摩擦系数、表面粗糙度和模拟拉延成形性能。结果发现,热浸镀锌铝镁镀层比纯锌镀层钢板的表面摩擦系数小,相同侧压力多次模拟拉延后,锌铝镁镀层的行程载荷曲线稳定,锌铝镁镀层钢板金属粉末的脱落更少,扫描电镜下观察,锌铝镁镀层钢板的表面镀层剥落少。因此,锌铝镁镀层钢板具有更优异的成形性能。The traditional hot-dip galvanized(Z) steel sheet are compared with the hot-dip galvanized Zn-Al-Mg(ZAM) alloyed coating steel sheet through tests, including the surface friction coefficient, surface roughness and simulated drawing formability. Test results reveal that the hot-dip galvanized Zn-Al-Mg(ZAM) alloyed coating steel sheet has smaller surface friction coefficient. After several simulated drawing under the same side pressure, the hot-dip galvanized Zn-Al-Mg(ZAM) alloyed coating steel sheet have more stable stroke load curve, less metal powder falls off. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) shows that the hot-dip galvanized Zn-Al-Mg alloyed coating steel sheet has less spalling. The hot-dip galvanized Zn-Al-Mg alloyed coating steel sheet has more excellent formability.
