摘 要:矿山及冶金行业为安全高危行业,相关的施工安全管理非常严格。同时随着新安法的出台,工程的安全事故直接与刑罚挂钩,因此在工程建设过程中应严格按照住建部37号文31号令的危大工程清单进行专项方案的编制,也是确保施工安全的基础工作。其中清单第一条便是“开挖深度超过5 m(含5 m)的基坑的支护工程”也赫然在列,同时也是风险系数较高的施工环境。主要对喷锚技术进行分析,与其他的支护形式相对比,同时讨论在矿山原料破碎生产线施工过程中出现的应用。The mining and metallurgical industry is a high-risk safety industry, the related construction safety management is very strict. At the same time, with the introduction of the new safety law, the safety accident of the project is directly linked to the penalty. Therefore, in the process of construction, the special plan should be prepared in strict accordance with the list of dangerous major projects of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development 37 document 31 order, which is also the basic work to ensure the construction safety. The first one in the list is “supporting works for foundation pits with excavation depth over 5 m(including 5 m)”, which is also a construction environment with high risk coefficient. This paper mainly analyzes the shotcrete anchor technology, compares it with other support forms, and discusses its application in the construction process of mine raw material crushing production line.
