摘　　要：对废脱硫剂特性进行了分析,开展了废脱硫剂在不同气氛不同温度下加热处理对S的脱除率及反应产物影响研究,并结合烧结和高炉生产实际,开展了工业试验并对相关指标的影响进行了分析,焦炉煤气废脱硫剂可以采用返回烧结处置或者加入高炉处置,废脱硫剂加入烧结比例按不超过0.1%控制,对烧结生产技术指标没有明显影响;烟气出口SO_(2)含量低于35 mg/m^(3)。废脱硫剂加入高炉处置,其中进入炉渣中的S占废脱硫剂总S含量92.1%。In this paper, the characteristics of waste desulfurizer were analyzed, the effects of heating treatment of waste desulfurizer under different atmosphere and temperature on S removal rate and reaction products were studied, and combining the reality of sintering and the blast furnace production, the industrial test were carried out and the related indicators were analyzed, Coke oven gas waste desulfurizer can be returned to sintering disposal or added to blast furnace disposal, the waste desulfurizer in sintering no more than 0.1%, It has no obvious influence on the technical index of sintering production. The flue gas outlet SO2 content is lower than 35 mg/m3. The waste desulfurizer was added to the blast furnace for disposal, and the S in the slag accounted for 92.1% of the total S content of the waste desulfurizer.
