长距彗星兰花蜜距石蜡切片的制备和显微结构的观察

摘　　要：为了解兰科植物花蜜距的组织结构特点,选取长距慧星兰约25 cm长的花蜜距作为实验对象尝试用石蜡切片法,用番红固绿染色剂对切片进行染色制成永久性装片,最后对花蜜距内部组织结构进行细胞学研究。To understand the tissue structure characteristics of nectar spurs in orchid flowers, we have attempted to make permanent slides by the paraffin section method in Angraecum sesquipedale which has a nectar spur around 25 cm long, and dyed the slides with saffron and solid green. Finally, the internal tissue structure of the nectar spur was observed and analyzed under a microscope.
