摘  要:目前,学者们对测井智能处理与解释领域已进行了大量研究工作,并有对已有研究成果进行总结和展望的综述文献.这些综述主要从宏观的角度描述了该领域的研究现状并预测了未来的发展走势;然而,机器学习技术日新月异,使得测井智能处理与解释的相关文献数量迅速增长,因此需要从更细致的微观角度进行进一步总结.本文首先回顾了人工智能发展现状;随后从测井处理与解释的5个重要领域出发,即测井深度匹配、测井曲线重构、物性参数预测、岩相类别预测、测井地层划分,分别描述了人工智能在这5个领域的交叉研究现状,并说明了其相较于传统方法的优势;最后,对测井智能处理与解释的未来发展趋势、可能面临的问题与对应的潜在技术路线进行了展望.At present,there are a lot of research work in the field of intelligent logging processing and interpretation,as well as the review of summarizing literatures and looking forward to the existing research.The reviews mainly describe the research state of the field from a macro-perspective and predict the trend of future development.However,the technology of machine learning is changing with each passing day and the volume of literature is growing rapidly,which requires further investigation from a more detailed micro-perspective.Thereby,the current development situation of artificial intelligence is comprehensively reviewed in this paper,and the cross research state of artificial intelligence in five fields,namely,logging depth matching,logging curve reconstruction,physical property parameter prediction,lithofacies category prediction,logging formation classification,is described.Meanwhile,their advantages over traditional methods are also explained.Finally,the future development trend,the possible problems and the corresponding potential technical route of intelligent logging processing and interpretation are discussed further.
