摘 要:为保障无煤柱前进式U型通风工作面的安全开采,从一通三防技术角度分析工作面通风系统危险性。首先,对无煤柱前进式开采的2GN00工法特点进行介绍;其次,结合陕煤集团神木柠条塔矿业有限公司柠条塔煤矿拟采工作面N1217的实际工程背景,对工作面的通风特性、瓦斯灾害特性、火灾特性、粉尘灾害等特性进行分析;最后,针对通风、瓦斯治理、火灾防治、粉尘防治提出指导措施。结果表明:无煤柱前进式开采U型通风工作面瓦斯危险性较低,应做好监控;采空区漏风面多、漏风量大,通风系统优化、防治采空区自燃是一通三防的工作重点;粉尘灾害与传统开采方式并无太大差别,危险性并未增大。In order to ensure the safe mining of the advancing U-shaped ventilation working face without coal pillars,the danger of the ventilation system in the working face is analyzed from the perspective of one ventilation and three prevention technology.First of all,the characteristics of the 2 G N00 construction method of advancing mining without coal pillars are introduced,and then combined with the actual engineering background of the N1217 working face to be excavated in the Ningtiaota Coal Mine of Shenmu Ningtiaota Coal Mine of Shaanxi Coal Group,the ventilation characteristics,gas disaster characteristics,fire characteristics,dust disasters and other characteristics of the working face are analyzed.Finally,guidance measures are proposed for ventilation,gas control,fire prevention and dust prevention.The results show that the gas risk of U-type ventilation working face in forward mining without coal pillar is low and should be well monitored;There are many air leakage surfaces and large air leakage volume in the goaf.The optimization of the ventilation system and the prevention of spontaneous combustion in the goaf are the key points of one ventilation and three prevention.The disasters are not much different from traditional mining methods,and the danger has not increased.
