摘  要:准晶作为一种新兴材料,其特殊的结构和性能具有极大的研究价值和应用潜力。通过真空非自耗电弧熔炼铜模铸造技术制备Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)准晶合金,采用真空单辊旋淬技术制备不同冷速的Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)甩带薄带。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、透射电镜(TEM)等分析方法,研究了不同冷速对准晶合金相结构和微观组织的影响。结果表明,铜模浇铸冷速约为1×10^(2)K/s,不同转速500,2000,4000 r/min下制备的甩带薄带对应的冷速分别为6.37×10^(5)、1.77×10^(6)、3.98×10^(6)K/s。铜模浇铸试样含有λ相(Al_(13)Fe)、准晶I相(Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12))、β相(AlFe(Cu))和τ相(AlCu(Fe))等4种相,准晶I相主要分布在λ相周围。甩带薄带冷速达到(10^(5)~10^(6))K/s,相结构仅由二十面体结构的准晶I相和少量Cscl简单立方结构的β相两相组成。Quasicrystal is a new material,and there are great research value and application potential in its special structure and property.The Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)quasi-crystal-alloy was produced by vacuum non-consumable arc smelting copper mold casting technology,and then the Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)melt-spinning with different cooling rates was prepared by vacuum single roll spin quenching technology.The effect of different cooling rates on the phase structure and micro-structure of the alloy was researched through using various analytical ways,such as X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and others.The results show that the cooling rate of copper mold-casting is about 1×10^(2)K/s,and the corresponding cold speeds of the ribbon strip prepared under different speeds of 500,2000,4000 r/min are 6.37×10^(5),1.77×10^(6),3.98×10^(6)K/s,respectively.Copper-mold-casting samples containλphase(Al_(13)Fe),quasi-crystal I phase(Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)),βphase(AlFe(Cu))andτphase(AlCu(Fe)).The quasicrystal I phase is mainly distributed aroundλphase.When the cooling rate of melt-spinning reaches 10^(5)-10^(6)K/s,the phase structure consists of quasicrystalline I phase with icosahedron structure andβphase with a little Cscl simple cubic structure.
