摘 要:应用OSU燃烧热释放速率测试仪分析甲基丙烯酸酯胶燃烧热释放速率、热释放速率峰值与辐射热通量和厚度的关系。甲基丙烯酸酯胶试样长宽为150 mm×150 mm,厚度为0.125 mm、0.250 mm、0.375 mm、0.500 mm、0.750 mm、1.000 mm,中心辐射热通量为25.0 kW/m^(2)、27.5 kW/m^(2)、30.0 kW/m^(2)、32.5 kW/m^(2)、35.0 kW/m^(2)、37.5 kW/m^(2)。研究表明:相同厚度的试样,增大外加热辐射强度,热释放速率峰值发生时间前移,试样表面更快被点燃;相同强度热辐射条件下,随着厚度的增加,热释放速率峰值增加,总热释放量增加,出现多段耗氧燃烧反应。The OSU combustion heat release rate tester was used to analyze the relationship between the combustion heat release rate of methacrylate tape,the peak values of heat release rate and the radiant heat flux or tape thickness.The length and width of the methacrylate tape sample is 150mm×150mm,and the thickness is 0.125 mm,0.250 mm,0.375 mm,0.500 mm,0.750 mm,and 1.000 mm.The central radiant heat flux is 25.0 kW/m^(2),27.5 kW/m^(2),30.0 kW/m^(2),32.5 kW/m^(2),35.0 kW/m^(2),37.5 kW/m^(2).The study found that for the same thickness of the samples,as the intensity of externally heated radiation increased,the peak heat release rate occurred at a forward time and the surface of the specimen was ignited more quickly;for the same intensity of thermal radiation condition,with the increase of thickness,the peak values of heat release rate increased,the total heat release increased,and a multi-stage oxygen-consuming combustion reaction occurred.
