摘 要:以P-LCL补偿网络的SSC-WPT系统为基础,利用高次谐波近似算法对电路参数进行设计,实现精确的零电压软开关(ZVS)裕量。分析了单管无线电能传输电路的工作模式以及参数的设计,以理论分析为基础,搭建输出电压为150 V,功率为1 kW的实验样机,验证结果与理论分析一致。Single switch circuit(SSC)in wireless power transfer(WPT)technology shows excellent performance with its simple topology.However,due to the unique structure of SSC,the parameter design of primary side compensation circuit is complex,and the relevant research is relatively few.Therefore,based on the SSC-WPT system of P-LCL compensation network,the accurate zero voltage soft switching(ZVS)margin can be realized by using the high-order harmonic approximation method to design the circuit parameters.The working mode and parameter design are analyzed in detail.Then,based on the theoretical analysis,an experimental prototype with output voltage of 150 V-1 kW is built to verify the consistency between the results and the theoretical analysis.The WPT experimental platform involves various power electronic devices and circuit modules,which is conducive to the understanding of theory and experiment,and can be used in the experimental teaching of power electronic technology.
