摘  要:钠系统试验台架是钠冷快堆关键设备研发项目,对后续大口径钠阀的结构设计与检修方案制定具有重要参考意义。钠系统试验台架在运行过程中出现了钠调节阀故障泄露异常的情况,导致其停运检修,钠泵停止运转。主要论述了钠系统试验台架钠调节阀泄露的原因分析以及对当前钠冷快堆钠阀研发项目中大口径钠阀结构设计优化的启示与思考。The sodium system test bench is a key equipment research and development project for sodium-cooled fast reactors, which has important reference significance for the subsequent structural design and maintenance plan formulation of large-diameter sodium valves. During the operation of the sodium system test bench, abnormal leakage of the sodium regulating valve occurred, which led to its outage for maintenance and the sodium pump to stop running. The analysis of the leakage of the sodium regulating valve on the sodium system test bench is discussed, and the enlightenment and thinking on the structure design of the large-diameter sodium valve in the current sodium-cooled fast reactor sodium valve developmentare described.
