摘 要:本文通过对某型号点燃式轻型汽车进行不同公里数的高速磨合,并按照《GB 18352.6-2016轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》附录C的相关要求,在转鼓台架上进行常温下冷起动后排气污染物排放试验(Ⅰ型试验),对比分析样车高速磨合前以及不同公里数高速磨合后的颗粒物排放结果变化。对结果进行分析后发现,高速磨合能够有效降低整车的颗粒物排放。This paper conducts a certain type of ignition light vehicle with different kilometers high-speed running-in, according to the relevant requirements of Appendix C of “GB 18352.6-2016 Light Vehicle Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods(China Phase Ⅵ)” and using drum test bench to do the normal temperature cold start exhaust pollutant emission test(Type Ⅰ Test), compare and analyze the changes of particulate emission results of the sample vehicle before and after different kilometers high-speed running-in. After analyzing the results, it is found that the high-speed running-in can effectively reduce the particulate emission of the vehicle.
