浅谈新能源客车地板革及铺设工艺

摘　　要：一款新能源客车成功的设计,不仅要有新意、美观、能吸引人眼球的车身外观设计,更要注重人们所能真正享受到的客车内饰设计[1],新能源客车车厢内地板革铺设的工艺,正属于客车内饰设计中至关重要的组成部分。根据威驰腾车辆状态,实际车型布置情况,WSD6120BL1EV三门公交车,WSD6121BL1EV三门丹麦车,内部结构复杂,台阶比较多,地板革铺设需要根据车厢内结果布置,导致对接的焊缝较多;WSD6120CR2HEV澳门旅游车,虽然属于平地板车,台阶不多,主要集中在前门上客区域,但是地板革选用型号洁福0658 Soft Brown木纹款,铺设过程,需要平面和立面对齐纹理。因此,本文结合上述几款车型,从地板革的概念、地板革铺设过程所涉及的各有关影响因素、以及地板革铺设工艺几方面进行阐述,旨在于提高新能源客车内饰设计质量,为从事新能源客车设计工作的工程技术人员提供更多的参考和有效的帮助。The successful design of a new energy bus should not only have a new, beautiful and eye-catching body appearance design, but also pay attention to the interior design of the bus that people can really enjoy[1]. The process of floor leather laying in the compartment of the new energy bus is a crucial part of the interior design of the bus. WSD6120BL1EV three-door bus and WSD6121BL1EV three-door Danish bus have complex internal structure and more steps. The laying of floor leather needs to be arranged according to the results of the carriage, resulting in more butt welds. WSD6120CR2HEV Macao tour bus, although it is a flat car with few steps, mainly concentrated in the passenger area on the front door, but the floor leather is of model Gef 0658 Soft Brown wood grain style. During the laying process, the plane and the facade need to be aligned with the texture. Therefore, based on the above a few models, from the concept of plastic flooring, plastic flooring laying process involved in the relevant influencing factors, and elaborates the plastic flooring laid technology aspects, aims to improve the quality of new energy bus interior design, to do the work in the field of new energy bus design engineering and technical personnel to provide more reference and effective help.
