摘　　要：中国汽车工业这几年发展迅速,国内外很多高校也都开设了汽车设计专业,市场对汽车设计人才的需求也非常旺盛。汽车的造型设计是艺术与技术的结合,在前期造型设计阶段,由于外观设计的感知很主观,一个造型的好与坏很难去拿一个数学公式来判断,很多时候在汽车设计开发阶段,设计师出于对美的追求往往不去过多考虑项目的开发时间,所以制定项目进度计划就在汽车开发领域变得尤为重要,项目进度计划是控制项目的时间和节约时间。做好项目计划与控制才能保证项目的如期完成。China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and many universities at home and abroad have also opened automotive design majors, and the market demand for automotive design talents is also very strong. Car styling design is a combination of art and technology, in the early modeling design stage, because the perception of appearance design is very subjective, a good or bad shape is difficult to take a mathematical formula to judge, many times in the car design and development stage, designers out of the pursuit of beauty often do not consider too much project development time, so the development of project schedule in the field of automobile development has become particularly important, project schedule is to control the project time and save time. Only by doing a good job in project planning and control can we ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
