提升汽车驾驶员安全驾驶能力的对策研究

摘　　要：汽车交通事故在机动车交通事故中占有70%以上的比例,在影响汽车交通事故的各种影响因素中,抛开客观因素不谈,应重视主观因素在引致交通事故的作用。本文建议,一是有关部门加强教育和培训,提升驾驶员安全意识。做好新学员安全意识教育、开展不定期的安全教育培训工作、强严格执法和宣传教育。二是驾驶员要加强业务学习,养成良好驾驶习惯。要加强法律法规学习、加强驾驶技术学习、培育良好驾驶习惯。三是驾驶员要增强自律意识,培育良好身心状态。要增强自律意识、保持身心健康、保持清醒头脑。The automobile traffic accident in the motor vehicle traffic accident accounts for more than 70% of the proportion, in the influence of various factors of automobile traffic accident, put aside the objective factors, should pay attention to the role of subjective factors in causing the traffic accident. This paper suggests that, first, the relevant departments to strengthen education and training, enhance driver safety awareness. Do a good job in new students’ safety awareness education, carry out irregular safety education and training work, strong law enforcement and publicity education. Second, drivers should strengthen business learning and develop good driving habits. To strengthen the study of laws and regulations, strengthen the study of driving skills, and cultivate good driving habits. Third, drivers should enhance self-discipline and cultivate good physical and mental state. We need to strengthen self-discipline, maintain physical and mental health, and keep a clear head.
