摘  要:厢式半挂车是我国长途物流的主要运输工具,特别是快递行业90%以上采用这类密闭厢式半挂车。本文对厢式半挂车的开发、设计进行研究,主要目的是满足目前快递行业车辆转型升级的需要,设计出一款贴切市场、满足轻量化发展方向要求的厢式半挂车产品。本次研究,采用理论结合实际的研究方法,先阐述了快递厢式半挂车发展的现状,再分析铝合金在半挂车上的应用;之后根据具体需求展开边梁式车架钢铝拼装厢式半挂车的实际设计,通过搭建有限元模型、优化工况荷载等方式完成优化设计,以仿真结果优化验证设计的可行性与合理性,以能够设计出轻量化低能耗、大容积、高可靠和高效率的厢式半挂车产品。Van semi-trailer is the main means of transportation for long-distance logistics in China, and especially in the express delivery industry, more than 90% of this type of closed van semi-trailer is used. This paper studies the development and design of van semi-trailers, the main purpose of which is to meet the needs of the current transformation and upgrading of express delivery vehicles, and design a van semi-trailer product that fits the market and meets the requirements of lightweight development direction. In this study, using the research method of theory and practice, the current situation of the development of express van semi-trailer is first expounded, and then the application of aluminum alloy in semi-trailer is analyzed;After that, according to the specific needs, the actual design of the side beam frame steel and aluminum assembled van semi-trailer is carried out, and the optimization design is completed by building a finite element model, optimizing the working condition load, etc., and the feasibility and rationality of the design are verified by the simulation results, so as to design lightweight and low energy consumption, large volume, high reliability and high efficiency van semi-trailer products.
