工业设计理念在智能胎架外观设计中的应用研究

摘　　要：为改变传统智能胎架外观笨重、沉闷的面貌,分析工业设计理念下的智能胎架外观创新设计方法。阐述工业设计理念的内涵及智能胎架的设计基础,探讨工业设计理念在智能胎架外观设计中的应用价值,从色彩、造型、结构、材质四方面进行智能胎架外观设计的应用策略研究。基于工业设计理念下的智能胎架外观设计策略进行实践,设计出一款智能胎架外观设计方案,以求给操作者带来良好的审美感受。为在工业设计理念下工程机械产品的研究提供了参考。It aims to change the bulky and dull appearance of the traditional ship smart tire frame,the innovative design method of the smart tire frame appearance under the industrial design concept is analyzed.Explaining the connotation of the industrial design concept and the design basis of the smart tire frame,discussing the application value of the industrial design concept in the appearance design of the smart tire frame.The application strategies of the smart tire frame are studied from the four aspects of color,form,structure and material.Based on the application strategy of smart tire frame appearance design under the industrial design concept,a smart tire frame appearance design scheme is designed to bring a good aesthetic feeling to the operator.It provides a reference for the research of engineering machinery products under the concept of industrial design.
