基于红色文化的半干旱地区城市滨河休闲绿地景观规划设计——以甘肃省会宁县钟鼓楼东侧绿地为例

摘　　要：会宁县作为我国革命老区及甘肃省文化名城,立足于新形势下会宁城市发展需要,根据会宁县气候特征、人文要素、人群需求,对会宁县钟鼓楼东侧城市绿地现存问题进行分析,通过以“一轴衔接、三路串联、七区布局、多点展开”为整体布局,重新规划设计绿地的功能分区、道路系统、照明系统、各类空间景观小品、景观服务设施、植物配置等,助力旅游扶贫战略。Huining County is an old revolutionary base in China and a famous cultural city in Gansu Province.Based on the development needs of Huining under the new situation,this paper analyzed the existing problems of the urban green space on the east side of the Bell and Drum Tower according to the climate characteristics,humanistic elements,and the demand of population in Huining County,and planned and designed functional zoning,road system,lighting system,spatial landscape sketches,landscape service facilities and plant configuration with“one axis connection,three roads connection,seven areas layout and multi-point deployment”as the overall layout,which contributed to supporting poverty alleviation through tourism.
