摘 要:依据《陆地生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算技术指南》及《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》等,采用市场价值、替代成本等方法,对蒙自市城市绿地生态系统服务功能价值按固碳释氧、调节气候、净化空气、减弱噪音、文化服务价值等方面进行评估,将生态系统服务功能价值货币化。结果表明:2018—2020年蒙自市城市绿地“生态GDP”分别为32671.08、26219.22、198457.91万元;通过3年对绿地养护的平均投入核算出蒙自市城市绿地每投入1元,产生生态总价值8.59元,生态系统服务功能产出远大于绿地养护投入。从碳排放、碳汇、城市规划的角度对蒙自市今后城市绿地发展方面提出了建议。According to Technical Guideline on Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)and Specifications for Assessment of Forest Ecosystem Services,the ecosystem services of urban green space in Mengzi City was evaluated in terms of carbon fixation and oxygen release,climate regulation,air purification,noise reduction and cultural service price by using market value,replacement cost and other methods,so as to monetize the value of ecosystem services.The results showed that from 2018 to 2020,the“ecological GDP”of urban green space in Mengzi City was 326.7108,262.1922 and 1984.5791 million yuan respectively;the calculation of the average investment in green space maintenance in three years showed that the total ecological value was 8.59 yuan for every 1 yuan invested in urban green space,and the output of ecosystem services was far greater than the input of green space maintenance.This paper put forward suggestions on the future development of urban green space in Mengzi City from the perspective of carbon emission,carbon sink and urban planning.
