壮筋续骨汤联合锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察壮筋续骨汤联合锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者的效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2021年5月该院收治的80例胫骨平台骨折患者进行前瞻性研究,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采用锁定钢板内固定术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上于术后联合壮筋续骨汤治疗,比较两组围术期指标水平、膝关节功能优良率、手术前后膝关节功能[膝关节评分标准(HSS)]评分、术后6个月内并发症发生率、下肢运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)]评分和下肢平衡功能[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]评分。结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组骨折愈合时间、住院时间和最早负重时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组膝关节功能优良率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组HSS、FMA和BBS评分均高于术前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的22.50%(9/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮筋续骨汤联合锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者可缩短骨折愈合时间、住院时间和最早负重时间,提高膝关节功能优良率、HSS评分、FMA评分和BBS评分,降低并发症发生率,效果优于单纯锁定钢板内固定术治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Zhuangjin Xugu decoction combined with locking plate internal fixation on patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to May 2021.They were divided into control group and study group by using the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with locking plate internal fixation,while the study group was treated with Zhuangjin Xugu decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The perioperative index levels,the excellent and good rate of knee joint function,the knee joint function[hospital for special surgery(HSS)]scores before and after the surgery,the incidence of complications within 6 months after the surgery,the lower limb motor function[Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)]score,and the lower limb balance function[Berg balance scale(BBS)]score were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The fracture healing time,the hospitalization time and the earliest weight-bearing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the study group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 70.00%(28/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery,the scores of HSS,FMA and BBS in the two groups were higher than those before the surgery,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 22.50%(9/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Zhuangjin Xugu decoction combined with locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures can shorten t
