摘　　要：目的探讨健康成人不同部位体成分与肥胖指标的关系。方法共纳入受试者306例,依据体重指数(BMI)水平将受试者分为对照组(n=107)、超重组(n=120)和肥胖组(n=79)。应用双能X线骨密度仪(DEXA)检测2组脂肪质量、肌肉质量、骨矿盐含量(BMC)和骨密度(BMD)等。结果超重组和肥胖组的肥胖指标、血压、股骨颈骨密度、脂肪质量、肌肉质量、骨矿盐质量、上肢脂肪质量、大腿脂肪质量、躯干脂肪质量、大腿脂肪质量/总脂肪质量及躯干脂肪质量/总脂肪质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。腰围、颈围、上臂围、体重指数均与骨密度、脂肪含量、肌肉质量、骨矿盐质量等呈正相关(P<0.05),与大腿脂肪质量/总脂肪质量(%)呈负相关(P<0.05)。与其他体成分相比,脂肪质量、肌肉质量与肥胖指标的相关性更显著(P<0.01)。结论体成分与肥胖指标相关,不同BMI人群体成分不同;不同体成分指标与各肥胖指标之间的相关性有差异。Objective To explore the relationship between different body composition and obesity index in healthy adults.Methods Totally 306 subjects were enrolled into the control group(n=107),the overweight group(n=120)and the obesity group(n=79)based on the body mass index(BMI).The fat mass(FM),muscle mass,bone mineral content(BMC),bone mineral density(BMD)were detected using dual-energy X-ray bone absorptiometry(DEXA).Results The obesity indexes,blood pressure(BP),femoral and neck BMD,Femoral(F)and neck(N)bone mineral density(FBMD and NBMD),FM,muscle mass,BMC,upper limb FM,thigh FM,trunk FM,thigh FM/total FM ratio,trunk FM/total FM ratio in the overweight group and the obesity group were increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).The waistline,neck circumference,upper arm circumference and BMI were positively correlations with BMD,fat content,muscle mass,BMC(P<0.05),and negatively correlations with thigh FM/total FM ratio(P<0.05).FM and muscle mass were significantly associated with obesity index than other body components(P<0.01).Conclusion Body composition is correlated with obesity indexes.different BMI have different body composition,and the different body compositions are significantly differently associated with obesity indexes.
