摘　　要：目的制订蒽环类药物外渗的循证护理方案。方法按患者临床特征(P)、干预措施和暴露因素(I)、对照措施(C)、结局指标(O)原则(简称PICO原则)提出问题,并全面检索The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EBSCO,CNKI,VIP数据库,检索时限为2006年1月至2021年12月。获取并评价有关蒽环类药物外渗的循证护理原始研究、研究摘要、系统评价等的真实性和适用性,以制订该例患者的辅助治疗和循证护理方案。结果共纳入蒽环类药物外渗的循证护理专题证据汇总(指南)2篇,综述3篇,原始研究7篇,专家意见2篇。根据检索到的循证证据,结合患者的病情和治疗意愿,制订了合理、有效的辅助治疗和护理方案。治疗5 d后,仅见穿刺部位轻微肿胀,疼痛完全消失。结论采用循证护理方法为蒽环类药物外渗患者制订科学、全面的护理方案,可有效促进外渗部位的恢复,减轻患者的痛苦,提高其满意度和生活质量。Objective To formulate an evidence-based nursing plan for the anthracycline extravasation.Methods Questions were raised according to the principle of patient,intervention,comparison and outcome(PICO).The relevant original studies,synopses of studies and systematic reviews of the evidence-based nursing in The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EBSCO,CNKI and VIP databases from January 2006 to December 2021 were searched,and their authenticity and applicability were evaluated to formulate the adjuvant treatment and evidence-based nursing plan for this patient.Results Two summaries of special evidence(guidelines),three reviews,seven original studies and two expert opinions of the evidence-based nursing related to anthracycline extravasation were included.According to the obtained evidence,a reasonable and effective adjuvant treatment and nursing plan was formulated based on the patient's condition and treatment intention.After 5 d of treatment,the patient only had slight swelling at the puncture site,and the pain completely disappeared.Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in formulating a scientific and comprehensive nursing plan for patients with anthracycline extravasation can effectively promote the recovery of the extravasation site,alleviate the pain of patients,and improve their satisfaction and quality of life.
