摘　　要：目的了解居家老年患者合理用药管理的研究进展,保障其用药安全、有效。方法计算机检索中国知网、PubMed、Web of Science数据库中相关文献,检索时限为自建库起至2022年3月,重点筛选2017年至2022年的文献,分析不合理用药情况,并总结合理用药管理现状。结果居家老年患者不合理用药主要由患者依从性差、心理因素及中药和保健品的使用不当导致,主要包括多重用药、用药剂量不适宜、用药方式不适宜等。居家老年患者合理用药管理主要通过智能软件/系统应用、家庭药师介入、智能机器人监测等。结论智能辅助监测系统及家庭药师的介入可保障居家老年患者安全、合理用药。Objective To understand the research progress on the rational drug use management of housebound elderly patients,and to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use.Methods The relevant studies in the CNKI,PubMed and Web of Science databases from the inception to March 2022 were searched,especially those from 2017 to 2022.The irrational drug use of housebound elderly patients was analyzed,and the current status of rational drug use management of housebound elderly patients was summarized.Results The irrational drug use of housebound elderly patients included polypharmacy,improper dosage of drug use,improper method of drug use and so on,which was mainly caused by the poor compliance of drug use,the psychological factors,the improper use of traditional Chinese medicine and health products.The rational drug use of housebound elderly patients was managed by the application of intelligent softwares/systems,the intervention of family pharmacists and the monitoring of intelligent robots.Conclusion The intelligent assistant monitoring system and the intervention of family pharmacists can ensure the safe and rational drug use of housebound elderly patients.
