六字诀气功联合芳香疗法对结直肠癌患者睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨六字诀气功联合芳香疗法对结直肠癌患者睡眠质量的改善效果及其对负性情绪的影响。方法选取2021年1—10月在南昌大学第一附属医院肿瘤科住院的120例结直肠癌患者,按随机数字表法分为气功组(40例)、芳香组(40例)及联合组(40例),分别给予六字诀气功疗法、芳香疗法及六字诀气功和芳香疗法联合治疗,干预前后分别采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表和非精神科住院患者心理评定量表(MSSNS)评价3组患者的睡眠质量及负性情绪。结果3组患者干预后PSQI评分和MSSNS评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05)。干预后联合组PSQI总分为(4.43±0.21)分,明显低于气功组[(5.75±0.21)分]和芳疗组[(5.60±0.21)分](P<0.05);联合组MSSNS评分为(72.70±1.06)分,明显低于气功组[(74.03±0.72)分]和芳疗组[(76.68±0.96)分](P<0.05)。结论六字诀气功联合芳香疗法有助于提高结直肠癌患者睡眠质量,缓解患者负性情绪。Objective To investigate the effects of Liuzijue Qigong combined with aromatherapy on sleep quality and negative emotion in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 120 colorectal cancer patients hospitalized in the department of oncology of our hospital from January to October 2021 were randomly treated with Liuzijue Qigong,aromatherapy or their combination,with 40 patients in each group.The sleep quality and negative emotion were evaluated using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale and Inpatient Negative Emotion Screening Scale(MSSNS),respectively.Results After intervention,the scores of PSQI and MSSNS significantly decreased in all the three groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,the PSQI score in the combined group(4.43±0.21)was lower than that in the Qigong group(5.75±0.21)and that in the aromatherapy group(5.60±0.21)(P<0.05).In addition,the MSSN score in the combined group(72.70±1.06)was also lower than that in the Qigong group(74.03±0.72)and that in the aromatherapy group(76.68±0.96)(P<0.05).Conclusion Liuzijue Qigong combined with aromatherapy improve sleep quality and relieve negative emotion in patients with colorectal cancer.
