摘　　要：高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育研究的中坚力量,河北省高校辅导员学生思想政治教育研究开展情况良好,但仍存在成果推广难、科研助力不足、进修机会少、高层次人才缺乏、职业压力大与评价体系不健全等问题。开展学生思想政治教育研究,必须加强思想引领,贴近大学生活,拓宽研究范围,突出岗位特色;必须践行“课程思政”,提高辅导员研究能力,打造研究团队,进一步提升高校学生思想政治教育研究水平;必须创设良好的研究环境,完善评价体系,肯定学生思想政治教育研究的价值,实现高校学生思想政治教育研究的健康、快速发展。College counselors are the backbone of students’ideological and political education research.The research on students’ideological and political education of college counselors in Hebei Province was well carried out.But it also has some problems,such as difficult achievements promotion,insufficient support for scientific research,few learning opportunities,lack of high-level talents,high professional pressure and imperfect evaluation system and so on.We must strengthen ideological guidance,be close to university life,broaden the scope of research and highlight the characteristics of posts to carry out students’ideological and political education research.We must insist"ideological and political theories teaching in all courses",improve the research ability of counselors and build a research team to improve the research level of students’ideological and political education.We must create a good research environment,improve the evaluation system and affirm the value of students’ideological and political education research to realize the healthy and rapid development of college students’ideological and political education research.
