群体伤护理管理应急预案在突发灾害群体伤救治中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨群体伤护理管理应急预案应用于救治突发灾害群体伤中的效果。方法选取2017年5月—2018年12月群体伤护理管理应急预案应用前我院收治的40例突发灾害群体伤患者作为对照组;另选取2019年1月—2020年7月护理管理应急预案应用后收治的40例突发灾害群体伤患者作为观察组,比较2组应急响应时间、抢救室滞留时间、抢救成功率、转运安全规范执行率及家属满意度。结果观察组应急响应时间、抢救室滞留时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抢救成功率、转运安全规范执行率、家属满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对突发灾害群体伤而言,护理管理应急预案的应用具有重要临床意义,可进一步提高抢救成功率,缩短抢救室滞留时间,保障转运安全,促进护患和谐。Objective To explore the effect of nursing management emergency plan for group injury in treating mass trauma persons with sudden disasters.Methods A total of 40 mass trauma persons with sudden disasters before the application of emergency nursing management plan from May 1,2017 to December 31,2018 were selected as the control group,and another 40 cases with sudden disasters after the application of emergency nursing management plan system from January 1,2019 to July 31,2020 were selected as the observation group.The emergency response time,the retention time of the rescue room,the success rate of rescue,the implementation rate of transfer safety regulations,and the satisfaction of family members of the patients between two groups were compared.Results The emergency response time and the retention time of the rescue room in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate,the implementation of transfer safety regulations,and the family satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with sudden disasters,the application of nursing management emergency plan has important clinical significance,which can further improve the success rate of rescue,shorten the retention time of the rescue room,ensure the safety of transfer,and promote the harmony between nurses and patients.
