城乡融合发展视域下乡村振兴的文化困境与现实路径

摘　　要：新中国成立尤其是改革开放以来,长期形成的城乡分割的二元结构体制,一定程度上造成了城乡格局变迁中的乡村村落凋敝、主体流失和价值解构等文化困境。乡村土地、劳动力和精英群体向城市的单向流动,直接导致了乡村文化物质空间、参与主体的“空心化”;城市工业文明向乡村农耕文明的强势输出,使乡村社会对城市商业文化、娱乐文化亦步亦趋,城市文化在以其工具理性稀释乡土礼俗人文关怀的同时加剧了乡村精神“边缘化”。文化振兴是乡村振兴的“根”与“魂”。城乡融合发展视域下的乡村文化振兴,要以物质塑形、以精神铸魂、以数字赋能,最终实现城乡文化的“形神兼备、魂体合一”,并在相互启迪、双向互哺中融合发展。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially since the beginning of reform and opening up, the long-term dual structure system of urban and rural segmentation has caused cultural dilemmas such as rural village depression, subject loss and value deconstruction in the change of urban and rural patterns. The unidirectional flow of rural land, labor and elite groups to cities directly leads to the “Hollowing Out” of rural cultural material space and participants;the strong output of urban industrial civilization into rural agricultural civilization makes rural society to follow urban commercial culture and entertainment culture. Urban culture dilutes the humanistic care of local etiquette and customs with its instrumental rationality, and intensifies the “Marginalization” of rural spirit. Cultural revitalization is the “root” and “soul” of rural revitalization. The revitalization of rural culture from the perspective of Urban-Rural integration development should be shaped by material, cast soul by spirit and empowered by digital, and finally realize the “Unity of form and spirit, and the Unity of soul and body” of urban and rural culture, in mutual enlightenment and with two-way reciprocal contribution in integrated development.
