摘 要:供水管网系统中比较重要的一个元件就是阀门,研究阀门对于瞬态压力变化信号的影响规律以及工作状态探测研究是比较有意义的方向。本文展示了管道球阀对于瞬变流压力波的影响规律,讨论了瞬态压力波与管道球阀的瞬态实验结果。瞬态是通过快速和完全关闭末端电动球阀来实现,在电动球阀上游进行压力测量,对瞬态压力信号进行时域分析。通过简单的公式对阀门的位置进行定位评估,实验测试结果可以详细分析快速完全关闭末端电动球阀所产生的瞬态压力波与管道球阀的相互作用。根据压力增加的值,可以确定阀门的水头损失系数或者开度,对利用瞬态波探测阀门开度做出可行性建议。The valves are the more important components in the water supply network system.It is a meaningful direction to study the influence of the valve on the transient pressure change signal and the detection of the working state.This article shows the influence of the pipe ball valve on the pressure wave of transient flow,and discusses the transient pressure wave and the transient experimental results of the pipe ball valve.The transient state is achieved by quickly and completely closing the end electric ball valve.The pressure measurement is carried out upstream of the electric ball valve,and the transient pressure signal is analyzed in the time domain.A simple formula is used to evaluate the position of the valve,and the experimental test results can be used to analyze the interaction in detail between the transient pressure wave generated by the quick and complete closing of the end electric ball valve and the ball valve in the pipeline.According to the value of pressure increase,the head loss coefficient or opening degree of the valve can be determined,and feasible suggestions can be made for using transient wave to detect opening degree of valve.
