摘　　要：针对冷库仓储自动化程度低、仓储密度低以及维护成本高等问题,设计了一种可以适用于冷库高密度仓储的轨道倾斜式立体仓库。仓库利用倾斜式导轨和自适应摩擦阻尼导轨代替传统的辊道,在保证先进先出以及仓储密度的前提下,简化了货架结构。为了完成自动化存取,设计了适用于该结构的存取货升降机以及货物自动“阻放”机构。升降机载货平台用倾斜导轨与货架对接,主体采用四立柱的结构以更好地应对冲击力,阻放机构利用电动推杆按需切换状态,保证取货时每次只滑出一个托盘的货物。仓库实现了低温环境下,高密度低成本的自动化存取,并能做到先进先出。最后利用仿真验证了设计的安全性。In view of the low automation,the low storage density and the high maintenance cost,an inclined rail stereoscopic warehouse suitable for high-density cold storage was designed.The warehouse uses the inclined guide rail and the adaptive friction damping guide rail instead of the traditional roller path,which simplifies the shelf structure on the premise of ensuring the first-in-first-out and storage density.In order to complete automatic access,the access elevator and automatic“blocking”mechanism for the structure were designed.The lift cargo platform is connected to the shelf with inclined rails,and the main body adopts the structure of four columns to better cope with the impact force.The discharge mechanism uses the electric push rod to switch the state on demand to ensure that the goods with only one tray slide out each time when picked.The warehouse realizes high-density and low-cost automatic access under a low-temperature environment and achieves first-in-first-out.Finally,the simulation was conducted to verify the security of the design.
