摘  要:供电可靠性是指配电网向用户持续供电的能力,是对电力用户服务水平的综合体现。本文总结了某供电局在电网转供电能力支撑不足的情况下,实现用户负荷全部或者部分转移的常用解决办法,详细介绍了一座110 kV变电站全停时面临的困难和解决思路,通过合环转供电、站内并接出线、穿越母线等转供电技术的应用减少客户平均停电时间0.65小时/户,在中西部供地区具备广泛的推广价值。Power supply reliability is the capability of distribution network to continuously supply power to customers, which is a comprehensive indicator of the power service quality. This paper summarizes the common methods for a power supply bureaus to realize complete or incomplete load transfer when the power grid transfer capacity is insufficient. The difficulties and solutions faced when a 110kV substation is completely shut down are introduced in detail, and the average interruption hour of customer can be reduced by 0.65hours/household through application of power supply transfer techniques such as closing the loop, connecting outlet lines in the station,and crossing the busbar and so on. These solutions have extensive promotion prospects in the central and western regions in China.
