摘  要:针对大功率电解铝用户投诉在部分时段电解电流摆动较大,影响正常生产及产品质量,本文通过现场电能质量测试数据分析,得到电压偏差、谐波、三相电压不平衡、频率偏差和电压闪变等电能质量指标均未超过国标限值。为深入分析大功率电解铝直流电流异常摆动问题,本文通过电解铝供电电气主接线得到自饱和电抗器在大功率电解铝整流中的控制特性,通过关联分析电解铝直流侧和整流机组交流侧的电压、电流及功率,得到大功率电解铝直流电流异常摆动是由整流机组的滤波补偿投退不及时和饱和电抗器SR的控制效果不佳共同作用影响的,并提出多条针对性建议。In response to the complaints of a high-power electrolytic aluminum customer that the electrolytic current swings greatly during certain periods and affects the normal production and product quality, through the analysis of field power quality test data, measurements of power quality indexes such as voltage deviation, harmonic, three-phase voltage imbalance, frequency deviation and voltage flicker show that none of them exceed the limits set by national standards. In order to deeply analyze the abnormal swing of high-power electrolytic aluminum DC current, the control characteristics of self-saturating reactor in high-power electrolytic aluminum rectification are obtained through the main electrical connection of electrolytic aluminum power supply. Through the correlation analysis of the voltage, current and power of the DC side of the electrolytic aluminum facility and the AC side of the rectifier unit, it is concluded that the abnormal swing of the high-power electrolytic aluminum DC current is caused by the combined effect of the delay of the filter compensation of the rectifier unit and the poor control effect of the saturation reactor SR. A number of targeted suggestions are provided.
