摘 要:阐述了磁调谐振荡器微波频率合成原理及方案,明确了磁调谐振荡器频率合成设计时应注意的关键参数,并分析了频率调谐范围、端口驻波、频率准确度、器件间一致性等参数对频率合成性能的影响,以及微波频率合成器研制与工程化应用中实现性能稳定可靠的磁调谐振荡器频率合成器关键点,对相关频率合成设计、研制与工程化应用有一定指导意义。This paper describes the microwave frequency synthesis principle and synthesis scheme analysis of magnetic tuned oscillator,emphasizes the key parameters that should be paid attention to in the frequency synthesis design of that,and analyzes the influence of frequency tuning range,port SWR,frequency accuracy,devices consistency on the performance of frequency synthesis.And the key technical approach of stable and reliable magnetically tuned oscillator frequency synthesizer in the development and engineering application of microwave frequency synthesizer.This paper has guiding significance for the design,development and engineering application of frequency synthesis.
