摘  要:ThMn_(12)型SmFe_(12)基永磁材料因具有超过Nd2Fe14B系合金的内禀磁特性而备受关注,被认为是极具潜力的新一代稀土永磁材料。从单一1:12型相合金制备、内禀磁特性、制备工艺等几个方面梳理了SmFe_(12)基永磁材料的研究进展。目前,SmFe_(12)基永磁材料的磁性能仍未达到可实用化的水平,通过对ThMn_(12)型相的形成和稳定机制、磁化及反磁化行为及其与软磁性相的交换耦合作用机制的深入研究,进一步降低非磁性1:12相稳定元素添加量并实现全密度各向异性SmFe_(12)基永磁材料制备。ThMn_(12)-type SmFe_(12)-based permanent magnet materials have attracted much attention because of its intrinsic magnetic properties are higher than that of Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B-based magnets.It is considered as a potential new generation of rare earth permanent magnet material.The research progress of SmFe_(12)-based permanent magnet materials is reviewed from the aspects of preparation of the alloy with single 1:12 phase,intrinsic magnetic properties,preparation technology of SmFe_(12)-based alloys.At present,the magnetic properties of SmFe_(12)-based permanent magnet materials have not yet reached the practical level.The in-depth study of the formation and stability mechanism of ThMn_(12)-type phase,magnetization and demagnetization behavior,and the exchange coupling mechanism with soft magnetic phase are the only way to further reduce the addition of non-magnetic 1:12 phase stable elements and realize the preparation of full density anisotropic SmFe_(12)-based permanent magnet materials.
