摘 要:针对三重化三电平直流变换器在实时仿真建模中的量化误差问题,首先分析了量化误差的产生机理和规律,并通过仿真验证了理论分析结果;然后,提出了一种基于控制器与仿真机同步机制的量化误差抑制方法,在不降低仿真步长的情况下,实现较高精度的实时仿真计算;最后,搭建直流变换器的实时仿真平台,实时仿真结果和实际物理试验结果吻合良好,验证了所建模型的准确性和有效性。Aiming at the quantization error of the three-phase three-level DC-DC converter during real-time simulation model establishment, the mechanism and regularity of quantization error in real-time simulation of DC-DC converter was analyzed firstly, the theoretical analysis results were verified through simulation. Secondly, a quantization error suppression method based on the synchronization mechanism between the controller and the simulator was proposed to achieve high precision real-time simulation without reducing the simulation step size. Finally, a real-time simulation platform was built to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed model.
