摘　　要：[目的/意义]科技大数据时代下,研究科技情报知识生态体系内涵、特征及架构,能够丰富知识生态理论体系,加速知识赋能科技情报知识服务智慧化发展。[方法/过程]通过文献分析,对知识生态、知识服务、知识管理等相关研究基础进行梳理,结合科技情报知识体系特点和智慧化发展新趋势,探讨了科技情报知识生态体系的核心内涵和特征,并构建知识服务协同管理创新发展的生态体系模型。[结果/结论]科技情报知识生态体系包含科技创新环境圈、知识管理圈、技术支撑圈、知识服务圈以及协同创新圈5大核心要素圈,构建生态体系能更好地推动知识服务与管理的协同创新,实现知识赋智科技情报发展。[Purpose/significance]In the era of scientific and technological big data,by studying the connotation,characteristics and structure of scientific and technological information knowledge ecosystem,we can enrich the theoretical system of knowledge ecology and accelerate the intelligent development of knowledge enabled science and technology information knowledge service.[Method/process]Through literature research and analysis,this paper combs the relevant research foundations of knowledge ecology,knowledge service and knowledge management,and discusses the core connotation and characteristics of the scientific and technological information knowledge ecosystem in combination with the characteristics of the scientific and technological information knowledge system and the new trend of intelligent development,and constructs an ecosystem model for the collaborative management and innovation development of knowledge services.[Result/conclusion]According to the research,the scientific and technological information knowledge ecosystem includes five core element circles:scientific and technological innovation environment circle,knowledge management circle,technology support circle,knowledge service circle and collaborative innovation circle.The construction of scientific and technological information knowledge ecosystem can better promote the collaborative innovation development of knowledge service and knowledge management,and realize the intelligent development of knowledge enabled scientific and technological information.
