摘　　要：地缘政治斗争历来促成和加速世界能源贸易重构,影响全球政治经济格局走向,近期发生的俄乌冲突对全球能源市场已造成严重冲击。在深入总结俄乌冲突所涉及的主要国家和地区能源市场、能源安全带来重大冲击的基础上,分析了俄乌冲突背景下,保障我国能源安全、有效应对相关危机的若干对策建议。研究认为,面对国际政治势力干预和避免各种能源市场不稳定因素,加强国际能源系统互惠互济,不断完善现代电力市场,构建完备的能源网络安全保障体系,加快能源多元化绿色低碳转型,积极稳妥地开展中俄能源合作,对维护我国能源安全,缓解全球能源危机具有重要的战略意义。Geopolitical struggle has always contributed to and accelerated the restructuring of world energy trade and affected the global political and economic pattern trend.The recent conflict between Russia and Ukraine has caused a serious impact on the global energy market.On the basis of a thorough summary of the major impacts on the energy markets and energy security of the major countries and regions involved in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict,this paper analyzes some countermeasures and suggestions for ensuring China’s energy security and effectively coping with relevant crises in the context of the Russian Ukrainian conflict.According to the research,in the face of the intervention of international political forces and the avoidance of various unstable factors in the energy market,it is of great strategic significance to strengthen the mutual benefit and mutual aid of the international energy system,constantly improve the modern power market,build a complete energy network security guarantee system,accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of energy diversification,and steadily carry out China-Russia energy cooperation to maintain China’s energy security and mitigate the global energy crisis.
