价值共创视角下高端煤机装备制造业服务化模式研究

摘　　要：对价值共创、高端煤机装备制造业、高端煤机装备制造业服务化3个概念进行了界定,分析得出价值共创视角下高端煤机装备制造业服务化要素共分为3类,分别是核心要素(高端煤机装备制造企业、用户企业)、关键要素(政府、行业协会)和其他要素(科研组织、金融机构、其他中介机构)。将核心要素的服务能力和参与能力作为变量,设计出4种服务化模式,并着重介绍了其中3种高端煤机制造业服务化模式内涵及价值共创实现方式。The three concepts of value co-creation, high-end coal machine equipment manufacturing industry, and high-end coal machine equipment manufacturing industry servitization are defined, and the analysis concludes that the elements of high-end coal machine equipment manufacturing servitization under the perspective of value co-creation are divided into three categories, which are core elements(high-end coal machine equipment manufacturing enterprises, user enterprises), key elements(government, industry associations) and other elements( scientific research organizations, financial institutions, other intermediaries), according to the service ability and participation ability of the core elements as variables, four types of servitization models are designed, and the connotation of three kinds of servitization models and the realization way of value co-creation of high-end coal machinery manufacturing industry are emphatically introduced.
