摘　　要：本文运用实践案例、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,以贵州省建设省域数字化体育公共服务平台的过程为研究对象,从全民健身“六边工程”的六个方面数字化赋能体育公共服务体系的主要内容和方法等角度,分析利用数字化手段提升体育行政部门的公共体育服务能力和数字治理能力的实践路径及其效果。结果表明:数字化助力建设群众身边体育组织,可以帮其拓展服务渠道;数字化推动实施群众身边体育指导,可以创新线上培训服务形式;数字化支撑开展群众身边体育赛事,通过数字绩效评估促进体育赛事良性发展;数字化优化实现场馆设施的高效管理,可以准确把握群众身边健身设施的投入成效;数字化丰富完善群众身边健身活动形式,可以吸引大众参与其中;数字化创新搭建体育文化推广传播平台,可以推进“体育+”融合产业发展。Using practical case study, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other methods, this paper takes the process of building a provincial digital sports public service platform in Guizhou Province as the research object, analyzes the main contents and methods of the digitally enabled sports public service system from the six aspects of the national fitness “six side project”, and analyzes the practical path of using digital means to improve the public sports service ability and digital governance ability of sports administrative departments. The results show that digitalization helps to build mass sports organizations and expand their service channels;Digitalization promotes the implementation of sports guidance, and innovates online training service forms;Digitalization supports to carry out sports events, and promote the sound development of sports events through performance evaluation;Digital optimization realizes efficient management of venues and facilities, and accurately grasps the input of fitness facilities around the masses;Digitalization enriches and improves the forms of fitness activities and attracts the masses to participate;Digital innovation builds a platform for sports culture promotion and communication, and promotes the development of “sports +” integrated industries.
