摘　　要：辽宁省位于东三省的核心地域,具备滑雪场发展的优质条件。以2022年冬奥盛会在京举行为契机,本文采用波特理论,从生产要素、需求条件、相关产业、企业战略、发展机遇及政府职能六个方面对辽宁省滑雪场的发展因素进行深入研究,旨在发掘其中所处困境,提出相应实效的发展对策,即:依托地域禀赋,提升竞争优势;完善基础设施,满足客户需求;调整企业策略,延长产业链条;构建培养机制,弥补人才短板;争渡政府支持力度,“双性”政策并驾齐驱。旨在为辽宁省滑雪场可持续和高质量发展、进一步扩大产业规模提供参考。Liaoning Province is located in the center area of the three eastern provinces in China and has high-quality conditions for ski resort development. Taking the 2022 Winter Olympic Games held in Beijing as an opportunity, the study adopts Porter’s theory to conduct an in-depth research on the development factors of ski resorts in Liaoning Province from six aspects: production factors, demand conditions, related industries, enterprise strategies, development opportunities and government functions, to discover the dilemmas involved and propose corresponding effective development countermeasures, including relying on regional endowments to enhance competitive advantages;improving infrastructure to meet customer needs;adjusting enterprise strategies to extend the industrial chain;building cultivation mechanisms to make up for the shortcomings of talents;and striving for more government support. It is hoped that it can provide a reference path for the sustainable development and expansion of ski resorts in Liaoning Province, and promote the high-quality development of ski resorts in Liaoning Province.
