摘 要:随着越来越多的海上油田开发进入中后期,油田开发效益越来越差,钻完井费用高、生产井含水高、环境保护要求高等问题越来越突出,给油田高效开发钻完井技术提出了新的挑战。面对海上油田高效开发中存在的难点,“十三五”期间中国海油深化研究提高单井效能、降低成本、环境友好的钻完井技术体系,聚焦3个方面:(1)研发高效滑动导向控制系统提高钻井效率、优化防砂方式降低钻完井成本;(2)研发新型控水完井工具稳油控水提高单井效能;(3)从源头上减少废弃物的产生、通过集约处理废弃物满足高环保要求,实现环境友好。形成了一套高效、低成本、环保的海上油田开发钻完井技术体系,为海上油田高效开发提供了有力的技术支持。“十四五”期间将继续开展超稠油、超高温高压、深层超深层、深水超深水等复杂情况下的低成本钻完井技术、提高效能钻完井技术、环保钻完井技术等技术的研究。With the development of more and more offshore oilfields entering the middle and late stages,the benefit of oilfield development is gradually worsening,and the problems including high drilling and completion costs,high water cut in production wells and high environmental protection requirements are getting more and more prominent.New drilling and completion techniques are urgently needed to solve the above problems.Faced with the problems in the efficient development of offshore oilfields,CNOOC deepened research on the drilling and completion technology system that improves single well efficiency,reduces costs and is environmentally friendly during the“13 th Five-Year Plan”period by focusing on:(1)developing a high-efficiency sliding steering control system that can improve drilling efficiency and optimize sand control methods to reduce drilling and completion costs;(2)developing a new water control device to improve single well efficiency by stabilizing oil and controlling water;(3)reducing waste at the source and implementing intensive waste disposal to meet high environmental protection requirements and achieve environmental friendliness.A set of efficient,low-cost and environmentally friendly drilling and completion technology system for offshore oilfield development has been formed,providing strong technical support for the efficient development of offshore oilfields.During the“14 th Five-Year Plan”period,CNOOC will continue research on low cost,improved efficiency and environmentally friendly drilling and completion technologies for ultra heavy oil,ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure,deep water,ultra-deep water and other complex situations.
