摘 要:随着东海油气田勘探开发进程的持续推进,新发现的边际油气田储层物性总体表现为低孔低渗,且距已建造的导管架平台较远,亟需采用大位移水平井来实现高效开发。针对大位移水平井钻进摩阻扭矩大的难题,本文通过优化钻井液和钻井参数,提出了一套大位移井降摩减阻新技术,包括研发了超润滑EZFLOW钻井液体系和建立了钻柱力学计算模型并提出了钻井参数优化方案。现场应用结果表明:所提出的大位移井降摩减阻新技术在东海新钻的大位移水平井中取得成功应用,有效降低了钻进摩阻扭矩。本文研究成果对大位移井钻井作业过程中的降摩减阻具有借鉴意义。With the continuous advancement in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields in the East China Sea,the physical properties of the newly discovered marginal oil and gas fields are generally characterized by low porosity and low permeability.In addition,the oil and gas fields are far away from the built jacket platform,so extended reach horizontal wells are needed to achieve efficient development.Aiming at the problem of large friction torque in drilling extended reach horizontal wells,this paper proposes a set of new friction and drag reduction technology for extended reach wells by optimizing drilling fluid and drilling parameters.The ultra lubricating EZFLOW drilling fluid system is developed,the drill string mechanical calculation model is established,and the drilling parameter optimization scheme is proposed.Field application results show that the new friction and drag reduction technology for extended reach wells has been successfully applied in the extended reach horizontal wells newly drilled in the East China Sea,effectively reducing the drilling friction torque.The research results in this paper are of certain reference value for friction and drag reduction in the drilling of extended reach wells.
