摘 要:再冷凝器平稳安全喷淋是LNG接收站日常主要任务之一,但目前国内接收站再冷凝器喷淋回路自控效果不理想,操作人员只能采用手动模式调节LNG喷淋量。本文基于再冷凝器喷淋控制回路的设计原理,对比现场实际手动喷淋量、工程设计喷淋回路计算量、工艺模拟喷淋量及DCS显示喷淋量,找出喷淋回路无法投自动的主要原因;通过采集现场15个月的实际大数据建立相关性分析矩阵,确定与喷淋量较为相关的测点集,分别建立了一元和四元线性回归模型并进行精度验证,模型精度分别达到0.682和0.761,这一结果为提高再冷凝器操作精度,减少人员操作频次带来了可能性。本文研究结果为大数据技术在液化天然气行业的应用提供了指导。Smooth and safe spraying of recondenser is one of the main daily tasks of LNG terminals.At present,the automatic control effect of recondenser spray circuit in domestic LNG terminals is not satisfactory,so the spray volume of LNG can only be adjusted in manual mode.Based on the design principle of recondenser spray control circuit,this paper compares the actual manual spray volume,the designed spray circuit calculation volume,the process simulated LNG spray volume and the DCS displayed spray volume to find out the main reasons why the spray circuit cannot be cast automatically.By collecting the actual data of LNG terminals for 15 months,the correlation analysis matrix was established to determine the measurement point set related to the spray volume,and the unitary,quaternary linear regression models were established.Accuracy verification showed that the model accuracy reached 0.682 and 0.761 respectively.This brings the possibility to improve the operation accuracy of the recondenser and reduce the frequency of manual operation.The results of this study provide guidance for the application of big data technology in the LNG industry.
